COMPLAINTS NOTICE

WE CARE ABOUT OUR SERVICE QUALITY

Based on article 6 section 3 of the “Act on Providing Services in Tourism” („Narodne novine“, no. 130/17) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of the Tourist Agency GoAdventure.

We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint on your contact address.

 

 

Sukladno čl. 6. st. 3. Zakona o pružanju usluga u turizmu („Narodne novine“, br. 130/17) omogućuje se korisniku turističkih usluga podnošenje pisanog prigovora u poslovnim prostorijama Turističke Agencije GOAdventure.

Na pisani prigovor odgovorit ćemo u pisanom obliku u roku od 15 dana od zaprimljenog prigovora.
